We saw this tree walking around in the sand dunes!
Ready for trick or treating!
On Thursday we raked up the few leaves that had already fallen off of our trees and let the kids jump in them. They were so excited to play in them, they would get the rakes and fix the pile themselves so they could jump in it again. How great is that for Travis and I. Even though the pile wasn't very big they were happy. Soon enough it will be big. The Aspen tree in front of our house is still green when that changes and leaves start to fall off we will have lots of leaves. We have a few other trees that haven't lost all of their leaves as well.

I'm jealous that you guys got to go down to the dunes. We want to make it up to the dunes one last time, but I doubt it will happen. Its starting to get a little chilly!
I should have hired your kids to come rake our leaves. Its a never ending process around our place, I don't know how many times we have raked and moved the leaves and we still have more that need to fall. Ugh! I guess its the price you pay to have shade.
It looks like tons of fun. We don't have many tree in our yard, especially by Michigan standards. Whenever we pass someone's house where there are a ton of leaves in their yard, Luke yells "Lucky!" He's so jealous, and Ryan and I are so thankful it's not our yard.
I should have raked this weekend before everything got all soggy...
